LIVING ROOM
The living room features a sectional couch, 2 glider chairs and 2 armchairs so the whole family
can hang out together. This room also has a flat screen TV with satellite cable* and a DVD
player. DVD Movies are limited but there are 100 or so to pick threw.
DINING ROOM
The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, 8 if you add a chair at each end. We also have a
highchair available for the little one. This is also where you will find our wide selection of
board games and cards for those rainy days.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make great family feasts. Plates,
cups, cutlery, pots\pans and glassware. A full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave
and dishwasher. Small appliances like a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, waffle
maker, food processor and crockpot are all readily available.
BEDROOMS
You will find that each bed is supplied with pillows and a comforter (we do not supply linens)
The Master bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, the 2nd bedroom also features a Queen Size
Bed and there is the “kids” bedroom equipped with 2 - Single Bunkbeds. The Bunkie
features a Queen Size Bed and a Single Bunkbed. We also have a playpen for any little ones
who need a place to sleep. do NOT supply linen.
OUTSIDE
We have a large deck with an outside dining area (1 table with seating for 6/8). Grass area
where you can enjoy some of our outdoor games. Down on the dock we have 6 Adirondack
chairs for lounging and a large Umbrella to give you some shade. Then by the fire pit you’ll find
the Hammock and some more seating for marshmallow roasting.
LAKE / WATERCRAFTS
The cottage is set back a little bit from the lake, so you'll have a very short walk across the
lawn to the dock. You can jump off the dock or climb in to the water at the edge of the
property (we do recommend water shoes, but not necessary). We have several
watercrafts available for you to use including our canoe, SUP board, 2 kayaks, 2 kid kayaks, a
pedal boat and a few inflatables for floating the day away. There is a marine safety kit that you
must take with you on the canoe and kayaks for those longer journeys. Lifejackets are also
required by-law. Adult lifejackets are available as well as some children sizes.
We do recommend bringing a properly fitted lifejacket for your children, we have a few on site
but it is your responsibility to ensure that your children are wearing properly fitted life jackets.
Want to bring a boat? No Problem, there is a free boat launch in Haliburton
and room to store your boat trailer at the top of our property.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow dogs (and cats if you want) to come with you to the cottage. We just ask that you cover the furniture with blankets and vacuum the furniture at the end of your stay. Oh and don’t forget pick up after them outside.
What to bring?
Bed linens, towels, septic friendly toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap (liquid and dishwasher pucks) laundry soap, all personal items and toiletries and life jackets for the little ones.
Do you supply wood for the firepit?
No, however we do supply some for your first fire.
What is your minimum stay length required?
The Cottage is available between May and October and available for short term rental, however during the months of July and August, we rent from Saturday to Saturday,
minimum 1 week stay.
